COPPER KETTLE ROOMS:

Our guest rooms are decorated in warm and comfortable colours and with both antique and modern furnishings.  Each room features:

• Each room has an ensuite 3-piece bathroom, robes, slippers, towels and toiletries included.
• A queen-size bed with non allergic pillows/duvet
• Radio alarm clock/CD player & hair dryer
• Individual coffee maker and kettle for hot chocolate/herbal and regular teas
• Air conditioning in both rooms

PIXIE ROOM
A bright, clean and refreshing room with antique white furniture. Check Availability

DICK TURPIN ROOM
A warm, cozy and relaxing room with a wooden rustic atmosphere. Check Availability

THE SITTING ROOM
If you wish to relax and enjoy  reading a good novel or listening to some music, you are welcome to use the Sitting Room and also enjoy our cozy fireplace on cooler evenings. On the warmer days enjoy our patio or sit on our benches amongst the perennial flower and rose gardens.

THE DINING ROOM
Complimentary breakfast is served in our dining room. Your choice of either English or European Fare. 

• English: Choice of cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, fried tomatoes,  home fries, toast, jam , coffee and tea. 
• European: Breads, cold meats, cheeses, waffles with syrup and jam, coffee and tea.
• Bowl of fresh fruit always available.

• Cost per room per night for 1 or 2 people (weekly rates available)
• Low season rates Jan 01 to Apr 30: $100
• High Season rates May 01 to Sept 30: $115 to $125
• Low season Oct 01 to Dec 31: $100

• All rates are in Canadian funds.
• Rates are subject to the local room occupancy tax.
• Check out time is 11:00 am

Should you need to cancel your reservation:
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Reservations are confirmed by credit card. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Advance payments on single rooms during non-holiday periods are refundable if we are notified at least 7 days prior to your expected arrival; holiday periods require a 14-day notice; whole-house reservations require a 30-day notice.
• Cancellations made within the cancellation period will forfeit the full amount of the stay, unless we are able to re-rent the room.
• All reservation changes made after your initial reservation are subject to the above policies. Departure before your scheduled departure date will constitute a cancellation and will be subject to the aforementioned cancellation policies.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of their reserved stay.
